I learned the importance of choosing and focusing on the target group during the design process. I had my first encounter with user-centered design methods such as user tests and interviews. These techniques allowed me to gain valuable insights and design solutions that prioritize user needs and preferences.

I developed my skills by learning various evaluation methods and scales, improving questionnaire design, considering combinations of methods, and understanding the importance of clear project goals. RITE method resonated with my approach, enhancing issue detection and improvement.
Design Innovation Methods

I learned that business canvases go beyond monetary aspects and encompass user values. I acquired knowledge in developing diverse business models, including the Business Model Canvas, value propositions, future cones, service blueprints, and stakeholder union maps. This course broadened my understanding of creating innovative and user-centered business models.
